Safe and Savvy Seniors June 15 2012 Greensboro Workshop

A great workshop takes place June 15, 2012 from 8:30am-12:30pm, in Greensboro, at Muirs Chapel United Methodist Church, 314 Muirs Chapel Road, Greensboro. It is called Safe and Savvy Seniors ~ A Workshop for Greensboro Seniors: Awareness and Self-Protection.  Informative talks will be presented by Greensboro Police Department Senior Police Officer P.D. Nix, and by Dorian Fredrickson, Long-Term Care Program Manager at the Piedmont Triad Regional Council. Guilford County Sheriff Department’s Cpl. Bryan Herndon will provide an Operation Lifesaver demonstration. Free health screenings and free document shredding will be available, and there will be free breakfast. Admission is free of charge. The event is being brought to you the Triad Retirement Living Association and the City of Greensboro.
